Finally leaving Paris and heading to Barcelona! Don’t get me wrong, I really liked France, but I need my summer to start already!
We got up quite early this morning for our plane ride. We left the hotel at about 7. Saying goodbye to Paris was only sad because I don’t feel like I got to do everything on my agenda. So I will be returning, soon I hope J
Plane ride was Fantastic! I slept from about the time I sat down on the plane, even before it took off, til we landed in Spain! But then it was go go go!!! Our tour guide met us at the airport, with a sign and everything, and had us get on to our bus, because our tour started then! He spoke about everything in the city from the place the Olympics were in 1992, to the Market, old town and new town, you name it and I feel like we saw it today. The bus mostly just drove us around from place to place; we got off and took some pictures, then drove for another like 10 minutes and did it all over again.
Most people weren’t in a summer outfit, so we headed to the hotel to drop off our luggage and for them to change clothes, and sadly, that was the last we saw of the bus today! We did a walking tour from there on out. I tried to stay up close to the tour guide because I wanted to be sure and here everything could about the city. We walked into side streets that I most definitely wouldn’t have gone down without someone that knew the city well, but the shops looked amazing! After touring with him for a while, he left us so we could shop. Barcelona by far has the Best shopping and prices!
